Superspannend - so wie immer von Preston and Child oder einzeln für sich. Der Inhalt wurde schon sehr gut dargestellt hier, deshalb hier nur eine Empfehlung. Außerdem - Tommy Pieper oder Detlef Bierstedt - beide sind Supersprecher und die Spannung wird dadurch allein schon herüber gebracht.5 Sterne!
Nach 'Wächter der Tiefe' ist dies mein 2. Lincoln Child - Hörbuch. Child's Geschichten scheinen dabei immer ähnlich abzulaufen: Eine spezielle Location, ein paar Wissenschaftler, etwas Grusel und Horror, das grosse unbekannte 'Böse'. Dabei gibt es eigentlich wenig Überraschungen, die Story ist geradlinig, spannend und kurzweilig. Aber eben auch nicht mehr. Dies kann man nun auslegen wie man will. Mir hats gut gefallen, aber länger haften bleiben wird dieses Hörbuch wohl definitiv nicht.
Ich höre sehr gerne Hörbücher, vor allem bei der Haus- und Gartenarbeit. Preston und Child sind meine Lieblingsautoren. Auch die Sprecherstimme gefällt ausnehmen gut.
Für meinen Geschmack ist das Finale etwas flau, zu vorhersehbar . Sonst spannend geschrieben, wenn auch einige Charaktere für mein Gefühl zu exzentrisch dargestellt wurden. Aber alles zusammen sehr fesselnd geschrieben.

Immer wieder sehr gerne von dem Autoren Duo. Sehr gut recherchiert. Bücher die wirklich noch lesenswert sind. Wünsche mir, dass uns die "Beiden" noch lange erhalten bleiben.
Sehr spannende Geschichte im Eis. Beginnt wie ein sehr guter Forschungsroman, wird dann ein phantasievoller Mysterythriller.Keine Sekunde langweilig, versprochen.
