Das Heft ist übersichtlich gestaltet und die Begleit-CD ist gut eingespielt. Die Lieder sind teilweise auch schon für Anfänger spielbar (1. Lage) aber leider meist recht schnell eingespielt. Texte werden zwar mitgeliefert, aber nicht bei jedem Stück, sondern erst am Ende des Heftes, was ich eher schade finde. Außerdem fehlt bei den Stücken ein kurzes Vorspiel, das es ermöglichen würde, leicht mit einzusteigen - es beginnt stets sofort die Melodie und man muss entweder im laufenden Stück einsteigen oder eine ganze Strophe abwarten. Außerdem werden keine Stimmtöne angeboten; daher insgesamt nur 3 Sterne.
Schöne Melodien, die nicht allzu schwer sind. Das Üben und Spielen macht daher Freude und gleichzeitig lernt man eine neue Spielweise kennen. Das ist für mich eine gute Kombination.
Sehr schön ausgewählte Stücke , laden zum Musizieren ein.Schwierigkeitsgrad auch für noch nicht so lang Musizierende, geeignet.Die schöne Musik überzeugt!
Nachdem ich mit "Irish Fiddle Tunes" nicht so richtig glücklich war, weil für meinen Geschmack zu eintönig, habe ich es zum Glück riskiert und mir dieses alternative Notenheft mit irischen Melodien noch gekauft.Ich bin begeistert!Die Stücke sind sehr leicht, ich konnte sie größtenteils direkt nachspielen.(Ich habe als Kind 4-5 Jahre Geige gespielt, dann 25 Jahre gar nicht mehr... meine Fähigkeiten sind demnach eher begrenzt.)Dabei sind die Melodien so eingängig, dass ich sie immernoch stundenlang vor mich hin singe.Die CD ist auch so schön, dass sie bei mir jetzt schon öfters als "normale" Hintergrund Musik gelaufen ist. (Beim erwähnten anderen Produkt geht das gar nicht, das "Gefiedel" nervt einfach zu schnell.)Mit einer Freundin, die mich auf der Gitarre begleitet, habe ich mich jetzt schon durch das ganze Heft gearbeitet und wir hatten sehr viel Freude damit!Nur schade, dass ich kein weiteres ähnliches Violin-Heft von Herrn Steinbach finden konnte... Ich kann gar nicht genug davon kriegen.
